Waste Cone
The BT 5935 Waste Cone is designed to safely discharge water from fire pump pressure relief valves, directing the flow away from equipment and surrounding areas. Manufactured as a single-piece ductile iron casting with no welded joints, it provides exceptional strength, durability and reliable performance in demanding fire protection applications. Designed in accordance with NFPA 20 requirements, the waste cone is suitable for both onshore and offshore installations and is intended for use with UL/FM approved fire pump pressure relief valves. The body is protected with a Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coating on both the internal and external surfaces, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. Available with ANSI Class 150/300 flanged connections, the BT 5935 Waste Cone is an ideal solution for fire pump systems requiring safe and controlled discharge of relief valve flow.
