Water Motor Gong

The BT MWG Water Motor and Gong (WMA-16) is a hydromechanical alarm device designed to provide a continuous audible warning when a sprinkler system is activated by water flow. The water flow rotates the impeller and striker, sounding a loud continuous alarm to signal that the fire suppression system is active. Suitable for indoor installation, the unit features a durable aluminium gong and mount, stainless steel shaft of 300 mm long and a nylon impeller. It is designed for a working pressure range of 7 to 300 psi (0.5 to 20.7 bar) and includes 3/4″ NPT inlet and 1″ NPT drain outlet connections. An optional long shaft is available for installations with a wall thickness of up to 450 mm.
